Buffalo Wild Wings - DeKalb

Ordered pickup, arrived and still had to wait 25 minutes, it was clear they hadn't started cooking the meal at all. And because they were rushed, my order was wrong. Don't order pick up.

3rd strike and I'm done. First off buffalo wings are on the small size. Next they were overcooked and DRY!!! and barely any sauce. Next order of 15 wings had barely enough Ranch dipping suace to fill mcdonalds sauce cup and this was suppose to be enough for 15 wings. Hold on I'm not done. I order carrots and celery and it was half the size it use to be and in small little baggie Im officially done with this establishment I dont want refund I dont want a replacement ordert I'm done giving you my business and most likely the franchise altogether causr they are price gouging and offering horrible quality for the price too.

The place was really bad. We waited a whole hour for our appetizer. The Appetizer was cold. Would we got it so we asked if they could take it off because it was halfway Aten. If they could only remake it or do half. Timer food came Out thirty minutes later, And the fries are just cold. I don't recommend.

Worst ever experience, nobody should have to explain their boss why they took one and half hour lunch because the restaurant was that slow. Will never come here again and I don’t suggest this place to anyone.

I will never financially recover from this 2 hour lunch. My boss fired me for being late and not finishing the job and the food was cold
