Rosati's Pizza Sports Pub - DeKalb

Nice clean sports bar type place. Good pizza, only complaint the reason for a less star is they charge if you switch out a topping. Also, even though it says kids pizza up to 4 topping, .75 each other, they charge you for any topping and 1.50 for spinach. Would've been nice to know the charges before the bill.

I've been eating Rosati's pizza for as long as I can remember. This was my first time visiting this location, and we ordered 2 different family size pizzas for carryout. Honestly, they were just okay. One was a barbecue chicken pizza and the other was The Godfather. The flavor just wasn't there for us. I've never been disappointed in Rosati's pizzas so maybe it's just this location, or maybe it was a bad night? Either way, we will probably give them another shot and see how it goes since they are the closest location to us.

Come on a date night with the girl. All I can say is we made a poor decision to eat at this establishment, one that we won't make again. Our services was poor, had empty glasses. Food was odd tasting for being priced high. I mean the mozzarella sticks appeared to be store bought got 6 for 5.50... the deep dish we had was beyond edible due to how burnt it was and hoped the sausage would get some of that taste away but even the sausage was bland....

So, placed an order for delivery tonight and the whole experience was bad. I was told it would take 45-60 min for delivery. I took well over an hour to be delivered, the wings were cold, and they gave me the wrong sauce. I only mention the sauce because I had to pay extra for it. When I called to talk to the manager, he was busy , I waited. I told him my issue, he apologized but offered no resolution. What has happened to customer service. I wasn't screaming or even overtly upset. All I was offered was an apology. I feel if you offer a service like delivery, you should be able to deliver hot food at least warm food. I won't be going back to this establishment simply because they don't care about the quality of there own product.

Delicious food and drinks! The bartenders, servers, and managers are all wonderful people who genuinely care about providing the best experience for every customer. It's an ideal spot for a night out with drinks and sports, or to enjoy a large pizza with your family. Plus, they offer quick delivery throughout DeKalb.
