Wendy's - DeKalb

The staff seemed to intentionally interrupt us, and our order was mishandled. The food was cold and poorly presented. I do not recommend this restaurant.

A part of the chicken sandwich was raw. I have not even high expectations of restaurants around the area Sycamore/Dekalb, but meat that is cooked should be a fairly low expectation, a person would think.

The Dru drive thru ordered two chili’s with cheese. I've been on both. no spoons, no straw to drink.

That must be the worst wendys of all time! they have nothing, no fountain does not drink butter, no chicken sandwiches! Listen to me that I run the extra 2 miles to the great sycamore wendys dave thomas to be close to this DEKALB location.

I wanted a small frosty and they did not have any lids and did not want to compromise and offer another cup that has a lid , they said they have to charge me for the cup . I offered just put the small frosty in another cup that has a lid . They refused. What happened to customer service
