Trattoria Ponte Vecchio - DEL MAR

We had a wonderful time. Upon arrival, our temperatures were checked and hands sprayed with sanitizer by a nice warm staff member to address covid-19 precautions. The food was great and we ended up overeating, because we tried to sample different types of food. The service was amazing; Maria S. And her helper did a great job taking care of us. We really liked the burrattta appetizer and the lemon caper sauce on halibut. We will be back!

Delicious meal, and a safe dining experience in the age of Covid-19. The owners have installed private enclosures for 5 tables on the balcony. The design is open enough that you don't feel closed in. This was our first dine-in experience since early March, and we really enjoyed it.

Ambiance very nice outside on patio facing Torrey Pines beach! Food average not bad but not famtastic

The food was amazing and the service was terrific. I’m so glad they finally got to re-open!
