Applebee's - Del Rio

Wings barely had any sauce on it. rest of food was good

I asked for no sauce on my wings and they ended up having a spicy sauce on

After many times of being with this Applebee’s, I can tell you that Jacob G is the person you want to ask because he is fantastic!!! The onion rings were very crispy, very nice, very tasty, my husband had the Bourbon chicken and shrimp and he said it was very good. I ordered the southwest chicken, but they had no rice, so I had to go to my way, Chicken Alfredo, that was delicious. I had the Mega Mutiny Oasis, which was 28 ounces of alcohol and it was very delicious Lol. In all seriousness it was a good time, and I was here many times and it was cravings for me, but that was an incredibly good time. And I blamed Jacob G for the great time I had with my husband here at Applebee.

All these servers sat and stood almost ruined our evening. We sat almost 15 minutes if no longer ignored. Another table came, sat and was immediately supported. Not sure if it was the way we were dressed, but my little ones and I just finished shopping in Walmart. We knew we had to wait, but we saw some of the servers supporting tables that keep their mates company. They think I took the picture, but I was upset because they left our table at any time, it's like we didn't exist. Finally, the hostess arrived with other guests and I asked loud and clear if we are ever being helped. Fortunately, a wonderful server helped us from the other side of the room, we were pleased to tap him almost $20, although we wished we could have given him more tip. Sad I did not get his name, large slim mocha skin blond looking hair very sweet and polite young man.

Had dinner there tonight and our waitress Mary Ann was excellent!!! I was glad to finally get a good service. Very appreciated. I also ordered the wrong salad and manager came and spoke to us and was happy to repair it immediately...
