Noodles And Company - DELAFIELD

My noodles were extremely dry the steak was overcooked. I?ve had the same meal a lot and it?s normally great. But not at this location.

In addition to the long wait time (there seemed to be enough staff, but it was quite chaotic), what used to be good is now just a distant memory. The food was lukewarm, missing essential flavors, and overpriced—not exactly a winning combination. I think the next time we think about dining at Noodles and Company, it will be an easy decision to skip it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Great low carb dishes are now on the menu you have to try it outstanding!

The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was tranquil, and the food is a must-try for noodle enthusiasts. The Mexican street corn salad with grilled chicken is also incredibly delicious!

I placed an order through the app, and when DoorDash, which delivers for this restaurant, arrived to pick it up, my order was missing. The staff acknowledged that they had prepared it, but couldn’t locate it. We called the restaurant and politely inquired about our options. They told us we could place a new order and would need to handle the refund with DoorDash ourselves. Are you serious? Why couldn't they just remake the order on the spot? Why wouldn't they try to rectify the situation? The service was absolutely terrible!
