The food is always great and the people who work there r awsome.. when today to get a sandwich and there was one two people working right then and were alittle behind but they handled it.. only ran into one problem. i dont like onions on my sandwich, and they must have forgotten and put onions on my sandwich it not a huge deal because they were busy, so i understand mistakes can happen.....

Amazing Fresh Subs.My Husband and my first trip to firehouse.We were blown away, FRESH HOT, ITALIAN SANDWICH tasted like New York Deli.We are big fans now!!!

This was the best salad I've had. I ordered the hook and ladder salad. Delicious!

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, it was not very busy, and there was plenty of seating.The staff were courteous, they greeted me as I walked in. They were friendly through the whole process and I felt welcomed.I got a cold turkey sub, and it was fantastic. How was genuine surprised at how good it was. If you're in downtown DeLand this is definitely the spot I'd grab lunch at if you don't want to sit down, and just want more casual food. To me it's one of the only destinations down here that's more casual comfort food versus sit down areas.Would recommend if you're downtown you stop by for lunch here.

Twice now I ordered a sub with no pickles. Not only did I get them on the sub, they gave me the pickles on the side too. They need to focus on making subs and pay attention to the order. The order clearly stated no pickles. Got home to see the error and then had to drive back to have them correct it. Twice!! Starting to think ordering from this location is a mistake.
