Between her facial expressions and the way she makes you repeat yourself that implies you’re stupid, as if you’re the problem. The first day I thought maybe it was just me but the second day, I witnessed her doing it to others, right before treating me the same way for a second time. The first day I ordered a machiatto from her (my usual drink of choice) that was un drinkable. My husband, whose not picky when it comes to coffee, did not drink his either. This is definitely not a legitimate satellite location of Starbucks. The second time I ordered a small yogurt and a plain medium coffee, for a whopping $15 (more if you count the tip). It is extremely overpriced, but I guess I’m paying for convenience. I’d be more inclined to pay those prices for better service. However, the man who works there in the mornings is very friendly and accommodating. Probably the only saving grace for this place in the morning.
Room was ok But I reserved a king and was given a 2 queen bed room. The desk didn't even mention it at check in. My husband went to complain and was told we were bumped because of overbooking. We booked weeks in advance but because of our Marriott membership status our room was given to someone else. We were supposed to have a city view and had a view of the banks roof. Why bother making a reservation. Will not use Marriott again.
Great location near the springs (which is why we went), right on a street with cute shops, restaurants, and bars, staff were very nice and SUPER accommodating, pack and play for babies and microwaves available upon request, pool on site outdoors, room was a nice size with comfortable beds and pillows.
The rooms were clean and quiet. The bathroom had nice water temperature and good pressure. Really not much else to say about the rooms. The hotel had some friendly staff. Would recommend if you're in the area.
This hotel is in great location to the downtown area. You can walk there easily. The rooms were comfy, balcony a bonus and friendly professional staff! They have a pool with reclining chairs, a small gym and Starbucks coffee bar in the morning! Only issue was the rooms with balcony in front can get noisy on the weekends with motorcycles and cars driving by all night which disrupted our sleep. Other than that was great hotel!
