The Place 2 B - Delaneys Creek

I visited on Thursday for a late lunch. My partner really enjoyed his steak, and I loved my ham, cheese, and tomato toastie. The ice cream with cream was delicious as well. The service was friendly and helpful, and the desserts provided some sweet entertainment.

This charming little restaurant offers a lovely view, and the initial service was warm and friendly. We had a nice table on the veranda. However, during our lunchtime visit, we found ourselves waiting an unusually long time for our meal. While we understand that the restaurant may have been busy, it was surprising that dessert, which simply needed to be taken out of the refrigerator, took just as long. Although we ordered both desserts and drinks at the same time, they arrived at different intervals, which was a bit frustrating. The food itself was quite good, and the owners were welcoming. However, the rest of the staff could benefit from a bit more training. Overall, this is a nice spot, but be prepared to enjoy it at a leisurely pace.

My wife and I were here a few times, eating is always nice and the staff are friendly and attentive. I had the blt and a milkshake, great little lunchtime combination.
