Service has improved, but still has a way to go. Mixed up our drink request, charging us for 2 extra drinks. Fries were over-salted.

Store in for a I've cream cone. The service great. Fast and friendly! The ice cream cone was delish! I guess the only issue was that I was thrown off by the price difference from others. They're small come was more expensive then a medium or large cone atother locations.

The service at this DQ is garbage. Stopped to grab an ice cream cake for my grandma?s 83rd birthday, there was a couple people in line but nothing crazy since they had two registers open. Manager at register #2 was ringing up one group of people, theninstead of continuing to help with the line proceeded to answer and talk on her cellphone and ignore me and everyone elsewaiting. One gentleman behind the counter stepped up and tries to help me, but the cake was ringing up more expensive than theprice written on the cake. Asked the other cashier to help him just for her to rudely tell him ?no I?m not the manager why areyou asking me? Maybe it?s cheaper because it?s out of date.? Boy gets manager, who proceeds to tell me they increased theirprices and ?must of missed this one,? and proceeds to charge me more. Super rude and unprofessional.

Food was hot and exactly what I ordered.. I just wish the blizzards came with a lid! I can't eat it that fast.

After a (very) disappointing dinner at the local entrance, we stopped from dq to get an ice cream cake for my birthday. it was great.
