Went to get myself a sandwich with their coupon offers. Sadly only certain sandwiches were available for the use of the coupon ?

Clean new establishment after the remodel.... All was well until I approached the counter to place my order for 3 different subs. My kids are undecided! They enjoy subway because there is so many options. They could NOT pick their toppings just like that. Frankly, I couldn't either. I like to switch toppings up and try different things. The way the sign says, they basically rush you into paying while the write down your order on the sandwich paper. If that's the case, a better idea would be to provide the order slips before hand. The process felt extremely rushed and they were so rude about it. My sandwich was as expected, no complaints there. This might be coming from above the employees but take it from a customers perspective. It takes away from the experience!

I was very disappointed!! Very rude and very skimpy! Wouldnt honor my coupon..Probably won't go back and I work next door..

Super disappointed that they don’t honor coupons. I went in with a coupon for 3 foot longs for $17.99 and they had the nerve to charge me $4 for the bacon on my chicken bacon ranch footlong and said that the promotion didn’t cover that sandwich. Smh ?‍ I still received a discount but not what was advertised
