Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza

The restaurant is quite unclean! The food and sauces appear to have been sitting out for a long time. The staff members don’t wear hair nets despite having long hair. They also don't change their clothes between making different pizzas or wash their hands after handling cash.

I know staffing is an issue right now, but the quality of the pizzas at Delavan location have gone down quite a bit. The online ordering wasn?t working. The dough isn?t stretched on the pan to make a crust, way too much cheese on the last several we havehad, and inconsistency with the amount of toppings. Rarely any sides out to choose from. Also, need friendlier employees. Bummersince we used to love Papa Murphy?s. Hopefully, finding staff gets better in the future.

This was by far the worst Papa Murphy's pizza I've ever bought and cooked. The employee at the store clearly didn't care or wasn't properly trained, which made the experience even more disappointing. To put it simply, it was just pathetic! I really wish Google allowed photo uploads because this $16 cheese pizza was just terrible!

(I have since edited this review. See below) Pizza is almost always made properly and tastes great. If you order, I suggest asking them to repeat the order. Especially if you order a custom pie. They sometimes run out of sides, so call ahead and havethem save a cheese bread or whatever you'd like. They are usually accommodating. The only issues I have had at this location isincorrect toppings/size (repeat order as stated) and usually contradicting coupon usage. It depends on who is working and/ormanagement if you can use in store coupons or codes. The old stamp card is no longer accepted FYI. Overall 4 out of 5. Loss ofone star for stated reasons and not quality or quantity of pizza/toppings. Edit : now under new management. Some of the kidsneed customer service training. Forgetting toppings or cheeses. Paid $6.00 for a brow/black wilted chicken Caesar salad. Took itback. No Manager on duty. No refund. No new salad. Might not be going back. And it was really good before. And they stoppedtaking SNAP for people who used to use that there.

I had a terrible experience tonight. I waited 20 minutes without anyone checking on me, and my pizza was just sitting there the whole time. The toppings were all heaped in the center, and it didn't even have the onions, green peppers, or mushrooms that I had ordered. I also ordered cookie dough and had to wait even longer for someone to come over, only to be told they were out of it. When I requested a refund, I was told I could get it next time, but I doubt there will be a next time for me.
