Contribuisci feedback1st time visiting this restaurant, and glad we chose it. The deviled eggs are as good as everyone else has already stated. We shared the smash burger, as it's really a double burger. Soooo goood! Also braved the cheesecake with their oil. OMG leave room for dessert!!! I could also tell they've put their heart into the atmosphere quaint n nice. Our visit was in between lunch and dinner.
Went for lunch today with my hubby. The restaurant is very cute, lots of their products for sale, and great Italian wine selection! Great Italian menu. Hubby and I split an Italian panini, that and the chips was great for us, oh yes, and the bottle of Chianti. Everything about our Valentine's Day lunch was great, from the great server, great environment and great food, plus a great price! This restaurant is going to be a regular for us!
Always an amazing time. Great food, awesome service, and great gift options! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We absolutely love their balsamic vinegar! I have been giving it for gifts and have friends coming out of town to shop there. Today I was so disappointed from the way Olivia handle my friend that I am looking for another shop to purchase balsamic vinegar. My friend came out of town and bought 8 bottles, she had some point and was offered to choose between little bottle of olive oil or chocolate! Her girls wanted the chocolate which was expired 6 months ago and the woman was acting that we were unconvincing her being there. So very disappointed from the whole experience.
Lots of good options in Delaware and this one is toward the top of the list. Located on the main street (Sandusky) on the very south end of the old down town area. It is a little off the higher traffic area of downtown and there are several empty store fronts next door. That may make parking a little easier since most of it is street parking. The inside is very nice. Bright decor and is clean. Not a lot of ambiance, but a good modern vibe in a small space. It was busy on a Thursday evening, but not full. I had a reservation for 6pm and was seated promptly when I arrived at a high top. If you prefer a non high top you should request on your reservation as table heights were all taken when I was there. Started with a manhattan, nothing special but it was good on a standard pour. Ordered the deviled eggs as a appetizer which were incredible. Fresh and had a little zip for flavor. The entree I ordered the lasagna it was FANTASTIC. Flavor was perfect and portion was large. Was a little challenging to eat in the dish it was served in. It was one of the best I have ever had. The server was handling the entire dining area by herself for almost the first 35 minutes we were there. She was friendly and incredibly helpful, but there was no way she could keep up with everything timely. Eventually a young man came out to help, then another person about 20 minutes after that. In addition the kitchen was ridiculously slow. With the lack of help our entree order was not taken until we were finished with with the deviled eggs. The real wait was almost 45 minutes to get our entree from the time we ordered. The whole experience was close to two hours. The waitress apologized several times. If not for the slow kitchen time this review would easily been a 4 star. Drinks 3 star Appetizer 4 star Entree 4.5 star Server 4 star Speed of service 2 star The food is worth it ! I may have just came on a bad night for the kitchen. I will go back and give it another chance. The food is too good not to try again
