Little Caesars Pizza - Delhi

The quality of the food here is quite poor. If you're a fan of subpar meals, this place might suit you. Unfortunately, Livingston isn't any better! As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

I frequently visit Delhi, and I often stop by this restaurant to grab a pizza on my way home. The newly remodeled location is great, and I'm glad this small town has such an option. The service was good too. I recommend it if you're looking for a place to eat without having to travel to Livingston or Turlock.

The male cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and could benefit from additional training in customer interaction. He was quite quiet during our phone conversation and frequently said "Um...", which made it clear that he felt shy. This has been a consistent experience during my visits to the restaurant. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand how challenging it can be. The food is consistently excellent, but this cashier really needs to improve his customer service skills.

I want to give a big shout-out to the manager who was there today. I finally managed to convince my son to take a walk, which can be a challenge during the holidays when everything feels overwhelming. Unfortunately, when we got back with our pizza, it was wrong. Anyone who cares for someone in a similar situation knows that there’s a breaking point, and today it hit us when the pizza wasn’t half and half as we had planned. Thankfully, the manager made us a brand new pizza and treated us with kindness, unlike the kid who answered the phone earlier. I understand that you have a team of younger staff, but the manager handled things perfectly and helped us avoid what could have turned into a bad mood from such a small mix-up. I really appreciate your help!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. The pizza was fantastic! I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. Highly recommend!
