Subway - Delhi

I arrived at 8:40 after an 8-hour drive, eager to grab two sandwiches. The sign and the website both indicated that the restaurant closes at 9. However, when I got there, everything was closed, and the employee informed me that she couldn't take my order because working there caused her so much stress that she decided to close early and simply walked away. I've never encountered anything like this in any business before.

Clean place to get food; follows COVID-19 guidelines, close to the highway. It's good!

Previous review left by Joe B. is correct. 1 Star for the worst, lowbrow Subway in a gas station. Woman who served us was despondent and had no will to live, let alone any desire to make a footlong Cold Cut Combo. Do yourself a favor and just get a bag of chips.

I've been a regular customer at this Subway for about a year, and I've generally been satisfied with the food and service. However, I've noticed a noticeable decline in service over the past few months, likely due to a change in ownership. There's one employee in particular who has been there for a while, and her attitude has led me to decide not to return to this location. When I requested my sandwich not be toasted, she mumbled under her breath as if my request was a burden. On multiple occasions, she has responded to me in a rude manner. For example, when I told her I wanted Italian bread, even though she was already holding the bread, she snapped at me by saying, "Do you SEE what bread I'm holding right here?!" Her eye-rolling and overall disrespectful demeanor make it clear she is unhappy with her job.

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, and it was a great experience. The restaurant was nice, and Heather was fantastic—she patiently took our orders and made delicious sandwiches.
