Kilbourn City Grill - Dells

Not sure of the poor reviews! Steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare. My daughter was asking about a souvenir glass and we said we'd get her one tomorrow. They brought here one! Perfect steaks and perfect atmosphere

Just take one step in the back kitchen it smells and when I mean bad you can't miss it smells like mold and old grease back there and they never fixed that in 2 years of my employment so yeah don't eat here unless you want to get sick or roll the dice.?

Food was so bad. I normally wouldn’t write a review, but everything we ordered was gas station quality for about $20. Most items seemed like they were frozen grocery store items thrown in a fryer.

Terrible service, here is why. Saw the hostess with 3 servers standing around. She said to go see the bartender because we wanted to eat in the bar area. Went and sat down after ten minutes. The bartender said it would be 20 minutes b 4, and he could take a drink order. There were 2 bartenders working, walked by us several times. Went to the hostess and explained the situation. Shame on the manager for allowing turf battles at the expense of the customer. Recommend never go here, find a place which appreciates customers. We went uptown to House of Embers and had a wonderful meal.

We stopped for pizza and cocktails. Onion rings were good and hot. We ordered the Kilbourn Special was ok. It should have been warmer. It sat under the heat lamp because they were busy. Our waiter was nice enough and pleasant.
