Firehouse Subs Delray Beach

Was coming here for a couple years now and stopped for a while due to terrible management and staff. We recently gave them another try around February/march 2022 and it is night and day. The new manager is 1000% better and the food is always great. Staff are very friendly and if they ever make a mistake the go the extra mile to make it right. Such a massive improvement. Hope the new manager stays so we can keep ordering from them.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The woman at the front was quite unfriendly when I asked her about the menu and what options might work for me. Instead of offering assistance, she snapped at me, saying, "Let me know when you're ready," and then walked away. I understand that this isn't fast food, and I wanted to place an order, but I felt disregarded. Ultimately, I decided not to order anything and left.

A little quiet tonight, but the sandwiches were great and friendly service... Eat always super fresh.

The manager, Melissa, or perhaps I’ve forgotten her name, was fantastic. Her customer service was excellent, and I really enjoyed chatting with her while placing my order.
