Frankies Pizza Wings - Delray Beach

Good food friendly staff. Great place for a quick bite

I visited Frankies for the first time while searching for a good wing stop near Delray Beach, and I wanted to try some pizza as well. We ordered the 8-piece wings, the two slices of pizza special, and a cheesesteak sandwich. I asked about the flavor options when I ordered the wings, but unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate me because the wings are pre-packaged. I accepted this, but I expected a more balanced mix instead of just six drums and two flats. One of the pizza slices was quite burnt; when you touched it, it crumbled. However, the unburned part of the pizza was actually pretty good. As for the cheesesteak, it was decent but came loaded with pepper. If you enjoy spicy food, you might appreciate it. Although they refer to it as a café, it only has a few tables and chairs set up in the front, so there isn’t much of an ambiance—it seems better suited for takeout. The staff were very friendly, but overall, I found the food to be disappointing.

I got two slices to go, and they were overcooked. They were too hot to eat right away, and once they cooled down, they became overly crispy from being overdone. The pizza tasted good, but the oven management could use some improvement.

The person at the counter was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was excellent. I'll definitely be ordering again!

I will they have great food. However their customer service is the worst I?ve seen from any restaurant. Delivery driver is extremely rude and always has an attitude. He speaks to you as if he is on his own property.Customer service is just as important as the food you serve. Never ordering again from their location.
