Sal's Italian - Delray Beach

I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka with shrimp, and it was absolutely delightful! I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

I’ve become hooked on the house salad and vinaigrette. I rarely get addicted to salads, but this one is incredibly fresh and the dressing is fantastic!

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's hands down the best place for shrimp scampi in the area—I’ve tried it at over 20 different places! Their spaghetti with marinara may seem simple, but I can’t get enough of it. I often find myself craving it, and other places just don’t measure up, leaving me wanting more even if I’ve had pasta recently. The garlic rolls are loaded with garlic, which I personally love, but if you're not a fan of a strong garlic flavor, these might not be for you. The chicken parmesan is also fantastic, although I’ve found that when I order it as a sub, it can be a bit dry at times.

I never got my cannoli. I am getting really tired of not getting the food that I ordered. I cant ask for a refund every time but Im wasting money with your service but every single time lately I have had an issue with my order either the entire thing was wrong, one time it was never delivered, and I found out at the pool a few days later that somebody, four buildings down for me had a surprise order delivered to their door. When I inquired they received my dinner. I order all the time and nobody has ever had an issue delivering to my door, except for one night when they delivered four buildings down. I did not get my cannoli, my angel hair pasta was drowned in sauce, and it was not up to sells normal par. I am a huge fan of Sals restaurant, but this meal was lousy. Normally, the food there is fantastic. My experience, and not receiving what I ordered, plus having entirely too much sauce on my macaroni was incredibly disenchanting. And the way that their prices have been raised, the amount of money theyre charging for two meatballs is a crime. I know the prices have gone up, but what theyre charging they should be closed down for theft.

Excellent 12" New Yorker Pizza . Great ingredients with excellent sauce.
