Taverna Opa Delray Beach

We love this restaurant!! Food is delicious, fresh, authentic wonderful!!

This is one of the worse restaurants I have ever eaten in and I love greek food. the chicken kabob was dry, tasteless and overcooked. The branzino for $35.00 was a disaster. It was very small and also overcooked. It should have been filleted at our table by the server who was nice but not too swift. The busboy attempted to clear the table while we were still eating. The girl in the kitchen was making a salad, slicing and dicing with no gloves, picked up her chopped food with her bare hands and plotted it onto the salad. This restaurant gets 0 stars. Will never come back and will tell my friends the same.

Unfortunately had a terrible ekperience here last night we were here a few times before and really enjoyed it .. not least nite not busy we were even surprised for “in the season”. the waitress never brought our drinks with us and they sat at the end of the bar until we got up and the bar after 20 minutes asked if he could bring us drinks. it warns a problem because there is no one in cash we waited approx. 45 min more on our eating .. after the waitress 2x to check if they are short personal. and not sure that this was even the case honest and tell their guests and put expectation. other tables complained so would have been better experience if one had given a kind of sone explanation or apology. all the

Waited 1/2 hr to serve and then said some popular escapes were not available. in the past, but now management does not seem interested in customer service to pack only in as many customers as possible.

The hostess was unclear. she couldn't do with the amount waiting for her to sit. the manager was extremely rude he gave such an attitude to the people who wait. whatever happens is nice to customers who care for their restaurant on a good note that eating was great and so was our waiter.
