Breakfast cold, hashbrown was cut from the top, butter was spoil and orange juice was no flavor.
I came to this place regularly for my a.m latte, I am looking forward to starting my day, the service and the product is always up, but lately, and for the last 4 visits I said it's sorry, our latte machine is down or self-cleaning mode. blah, blah, blah...real?, every time? funny, they also said the same thing with the ice machine? I have said that they do that when their work is done, because it takes too long to make these things!
Slow down. focus on drive thru. he waited for over 20 minutes on the board. No one wanted to answer closed doors. **** poor service. I wish I could get a check on the reception, but never get one, said they were waiting for someone to run it out. 6/7 people inside.
Every time I come to this place, they closed their lobby early and all doors locked. that's 3 times straight. tonight it's an excuse to lick something. that's what warning signs, mops and power switches are for. Stop trying to get rid of the straight laune. the drive thru line is a 30 minute waiting when they close the lobby and I'm sure you prefer it that way. the door says they close at 12 o'clock. they should not include the doors before 9 o'clock on a weekend night. Hopefully, someone in the top management or franchise will stop at some point from unannounced and find out what faul manager is responsible for this happening further, and everyone who is here tonight needs total rebuilding from the earth up.
