Greggs - Denbighshire

Went after work at 5.30. Served by a lad named Lewis. Very helpful and went out of his way to help me. Food was good as usual. Very impressed.

Have been going to Greggs at Marina Quay since it opened. The staff were always helpful, pleasant and very nice to speak to. They were always on the ball the food was always spot on. Now I say, don't bother if you are looking for a great staff experience. Staff there now, look at you like OMG another customer . They walk around like everything is a chore. Food is edible providing its cooked correctly and not like chewing on a tree log or raw pastry. Seriously need to bring the old staff management back. Has gone down hill during the last 18 months. Very sad

I was going to sit inside after a hard day of work. I ordered a chese parsty. I gave her £1.65 and sat down. She said If you want to eat in you have to pay more. I could not belive it. I walked out of the shop with my parsty and ate it outside the door. And the parsty was cold!!! Next time I 'll go to pound bakery where they don 't rob from you.

We have just had a really rude and weird response from the girl serving. Picked up a box of doughnuts went to the counter and asked for other items. She rudely told me to pay for the cakes first. Then held her hand out for the money she got my other item then asked me to pay for that before I ordered another item. So rude she made me feel like I would steal the items. Please do something about her attitude. I could have shook her young girl blonde with glasses. You have let your team down

Significant lack of sausage rolls, was told to wait 15 mins, they came out in 25. Lovely, young girl Hallie assisted and reassured us ours were guaranteed. Even offered us a free hot drink while we waited as it was an inconvenience. You could tell she felt bad for keeping us waiting. Man behind the counter kept on adding more time to the cooking, resulting in a very stressed environment, the young girl however reassured us and was quickly there to apologise multiple times and was humorous with us and our children. Relatively negative experience, one star for the brilliant service. Other girl was quite polite also, informing me on parking for the area. Great staff
