Translators' Tearoom - Denbighshire

I absolutely love this place , it's my cycle stop off treat . Love the sandwiches they're yummy and the home made cakes are very naughty but nice .. Its what keeps me peddling knowing ill get to stop off for my usual coffee . Prices are great and the staff are awesome. Always a lovely chat with them when I'm there . Sorry I didn't take a photo of today's lunch but I'd eaten it all before I realised about the review . But trust me absolutely scrummy and a half. Back next week xx

The staff at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful to customers, behaving as if they were unapproachable. They were unnecessarily rude when asked a simple request.

The service was very rude. I asked a simple question and was answered in a condescending manner, as if I were being talked to by my mother. It's important not to let personal feelings interfere with interactions with customers, especially young ones.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing first-class service. My friends gave me afternoon tea as a gift, which I enjoyed with another friend. The homemade food was delicious, especially the cakes which were the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place. The fact that dogs are welcome is a bonus for me, as I will definitely be returning soon to walk around the area with my dog. Thanks to the lovely staff for a great experience.

We popped in for some cakes to takeaway on our journey. They were beautiful handmade, and good portion sizes too. Really recommend
