Big Apple Donuts Coffee (ioi City Mall)

A very tasty environment for (fast) food lovers. Absolutely recommended.

One of the best burgers in Malaysia! Ordered a deep fried chicken thigh Houston burger and it was super juicy with just the right amount of filling to bread ratio, and the right level of spice. My partner had a beef burger and the patty was of a good quality. Only downside is the service staff don’t seem so friendly and didn’t refill or offer to refill our bottomless coke.

Delicious burger, chocolate shake was too sweet, but overall a nice place to hangout.

It's nothing like it first used to be. The ambience is terrible now thought they only have few outlets left. When we visited, there weren't many people, maybe only 1 table but service was super slow even with 5 to 6 staff doing nothing (except playing around) we noticed something we ordered waiting at the pick up area for at least 10 min, we had to ask them if it was ours, then they brought it to our table. Quality of food has also declined, they didn't have onions rings for some reason. Overall was below average for the price and image of JR.

Finally found a good place to work/study. Great coffee, strong wifi, comfortable seating area, many plug points, not crowded, and near to the restroom. Starbucks who?
