Asked them to clean the tablet, had to asked twice and only clean the third time. Not sure how sushi king train their staff now. It appears that the staff don’t bother to entertain the customer and had a chat among themselves very loudly from the kitchen area. One of them don’t even have the mask on preparing food and can be seen munching food. I guess frequent visit/audit from their head office is a good thing to do ensuring staff compliant towards good customer service. Perhaps sushi king don’t even bother anymore.
Closing time at 10pm. But they are closing the restaurant more earlier. They already rejecting customer at 9pm. It is mention last order is at 9:45pm. However, the staff inform that the restaurant will be closing at 9:15pm. Sushi King need to improve their customer services in order to sustain in market.
I came with my friend on 12th September 2022, around 5:50pm. And it was a embarassing experience that I will not even want to come back to Sushi King anymore. The Staffs wete not helpful at all. One of the customers that sat behind us have put the tray on the road of the machine, the staffs did not took away the tray and when the machine came, it crashed with the tray and fell onto my table. The staffs just looked at us and didnt even like come asked if we were ok. Then like after a few minutes,only then one of the staffs came over to take away the fallen tray from me. It was a humiliation, and the staffs didnt even said sorry or anything.
Business hours stated frm 10am, wanted to dine in at 11am on a friday to avoid the office lunch hour crowd, but was told only starts at 12. Mall opens at 10, what time does the staff and kitchen start prepping? Its a hassle for families with small children to have to wait for tables during peak hours. Do you expect us to wait until 3pm when the lunch crowd slows down? Terrible work ethic.
Restaurant is so dirty, table and chairs are still dirty even after cleaned. Service is slow and lack of food varieties as compared to other branches.
