Contribuisci feedbackHead manager is a responsible man. He called me to apologise on behalf of his rude staff after I wrote a complaint. Hoping that the incident happened to me wont happen to others. It was disappointing much.
The nuggets and fries were cold which was obviously not in compliance with the strict food prep guidelines set by KFC. I am speaking based on my own experience as former staff at one of the outlets in JB many years ago. I didn't make it a big fuss coz I was hungry and the staff looked disorganized. The dining area was also badly managed where the tables, chairs and floor were greasy and strewn with food leftovers. It was obvious again that the floor staff were occupied with something else and they were nowhere to be seen. Overall, and speaking as a former staff of KFC, the experience was hugely disappointing.
Went here to buy salted egg chicken but it ran out, guess i was too late. But the manager was very thoughtful of me, even tried getting my number to confirm the voucher I'm using.
Food is normally very good. On my takeout , I asked for no mayonaise and no vegies. I got extra mayonaise instead. Staff need to be more careful with online orders .
Arrived at 10pm. Several foods are not available eg no original chicken. The staff are friendly and helpful.
