Piccadilly Cafeteria - Denham Springs

This restaurant is fantastic, offering comfort food and all the classic Southern dishes you can imagine. You really can’t go wrong here. If you're from Louisiana, you're likely familiar with the Piccadilly brand and what they have to offer. For those who aren’t, the experience involves going through a line to select the dishes you want on your plate. Most diners opt for the Dilly plate, which includes a main dish, two sides, a bread, and a drink. After you’ve made your selection, you find a table in the dining area, and a server will bring you refills on drinks or condiments as needed. Piccadilly is always a great value, and unless you’re dining on a Sunday after church, it doesn’t take much longer than getting fast food. The Sunday lunch crowd can get busy, but even then, the line moves fairly quickly. Piccadilly holds a special place in my heart, as it reminds me of visiting the Cortana Mall location in the 80s and 90s. The overall format hasn’t changed much, although this location has received some visual upgrades. Definitely worth a visit!

The food is typical cafeteria fare—no complaints, but nothing to get excited about either. Will we return? It’s uncertain. There are certainly better options in the Juban Crossing area.

The dish featured here is perfectly cooked chopped beef with onions and mushrooms, skillfully prepared by Grill Operator Ross. Accompanying it is a delicious crab salad—made by Mrs. Tammy—with ranch dressing and crispy bacon added, along with a delightful sugar-free apple pie crafted by me. This, combined with some green beans, makes for a fantastic meal. I work and eat at this restaurant five days a week, and usually, I get tired of dining at my workplace, but that's not the case here. You can choose from a variety of options, ensuring that each meal is unique. While we can’t please everyone all the time, we certainly strive to do so. So come down to Juban Crossing and check out this amazing new restaurant, offering features unlike any Piccadilly you've experienced before. Thank you!

Oh how I love Piccadilly!! Great tasting food!! Very clean environment ????

Today was the best experience I have ever had with Piccadilly. Everything was delicious, and well prepared. My food was seasoned to perfection. Everyone was nice, and had welcoming spirits. I had a bad experience at a different location which gave me a negative attitude towards Piccadilly for about three years. Great job Management, and I will be back tomorrow.
