Contribuisci feedbackI usually don't write reviews for restaurants, but I had a very unpleasant experience with my takeout order tonight. I've never had any issues with this place before, but when I got home, I found a BUG sitting right on top of my food. It was clearly visible. I'm not sure if I'll be willing to give Sarita's another chance after this.
The management was poor and the organization lacking. They can't seem to decide if or when their buffet is actually available, even though their signs indicate that it's open. I called before making the trip and was informed that the buffet would be starting at 5 PM. I arrived at 5:45 PM only to be told it was only open for lunch. This is the second time this has happened to me. I won’t be fooled again. I’ll be heading to El Maquey on Siegen instead; they really know how to run a Mexican buffet.
I really like the mini chimichangas. I've also enjoyed the buffet. But, they really don't know how to make a chili Relleno. Now I have a special problem. I'm stuck at home with a broken leg and need delivery. Sadly, they only use ASAP (WAITR) and their fees are outrageous! I called to see if there were any alternative delivery services, but they said no. So, no mini chimichangas for me.
My girlfriend and I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and we had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, the food was delicious, and our waitress, Jessi, was friendly, accommodating, and polite. We will definitely be coming back!
I would like to point out one employee in particular Jessi that just made it her mission to make sure we had a great experience and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s great service like this that makes me keep wanting to come back.
