Starbucks - Denham Springs

They always have the worst attitudes and are very unwelcoming. The store always is dirty and drinks are rarely made right. The wait time is horrendous. They’re unclean, they cross contaminate, and the management is awful.

I waited in line for 20 minutes I didn’t mind). I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso with white chocolate mocha sauce with oatmilk. Whoever made my drink put way to much ice and oatmilk, it tasted like water with a hint of coffee. I was really disappointed and pushed for time to get to my next destination to return the drink. I wasted my star points on this drink : Please do better.

I'm lactose intolerant and always order the same drink with oat milk at every Starbucks I visit. I typically use the drive-thru, but during my last four visits to this location, I've experienced terrible stomach pains after consuming my drinks. I can't even taste the oat milk in them. I really hope they aren't charging me for oat milk while making the drinks incorrectly, as this could be a serious allergy risk for someone else. I'm fortunate that my issues are just stomach-related, but I won't be returning.
