Taco Bell - Denham Springs

My experience at this restaurant was terrible, and I will never return. While we were waiting for almost an hour, they threw our food away. We did receive a refund, but it took two days to process back to my card, which was frustrating since they had already taken my last $25. Because of this, we ended up not being able to eat that night.

I wanted to pay in cash, but the manager insisted that I had to place my own order using their machine. I requested for her to take my order instead, but she told me to use the machine and that assistance was available if I needed help. It felt very unhelpful! I wanted service, not to be forced to use a card that would come with additional charges. To make matters worse, my food was just hastily assembled. I definitely won't be returning to the location on Juban! I noticed other customers at the counter had the same frustrating experience. One even had to come back in because his order was wrong.

Food was very bad not fresh everything what we got was dry and very small portion not the same like in normal taco bellAnd way overpricedCost the same as a good sit-down restaurantWe were very disappointed

The restaurant only accepts orders through kiosks. However, the two kiosks are positioned too close together in a corner, leaving limited space to navigate.

We came here for our love of TB peace. I understand people have bad days or situations that are frustrating, but it is absolutely NO NEED to cocky, stuck up, and rude with customers. Not only with me, but “Martha” had a bad attitude with the even the car behind us as you could hear her on the intercom. The #5 combo we got was more chips beans 1 slice of jalapeños, hardly no cheese. They forgot my 2 extra tacos when I went to go inside they’re lobby was closed and wouldn’t fix my order unless I went back through the drive-thru. I went I asked to get my 2 tacos i paid for purchase 2 more soft tacos and give the cashier a 2nd chance and still so rude. When I approached the window she sent her mgr to take my money, couldn’t make things right. I absolutely will not recommend this TB to anyone. Unsatisfactory!!
