Blai Beach - Denia

Wanted a couple of cocktails on the beach as it is a great location. Picked a table in the middle of the venue, but the table next to us had 4 out of 6 people smoking and blowing their exhaled smoke over us, despite the no smoking signs prominently displayed staff took no action, spoilt our experience, said new left ASAP after one drink

Fair menu Helpful staff 3 of us ate. Two had fish. It was very boney. It’s a beach cafe at best. The greatest part of this place is the location. Right on the playa. No accessible toilet. Had to take a pee in the car park. The bar attached is nice. The prices are fair.

First and sadly last time we'll visit this beachside restaurant. The location and setting is good but unfortunately the food and more importantly the service is seriously laking. Apart from the young lady server, who was working very hard, the other servers seemed more interested in their mobile phones than their customers. There were no condiments on the table and after asking twice for them, we gave up and went without. The food was ok, not bad but not great. Our mains came to the table before we had finished our starters and so were mostly cold by the time we ate them. Nobody came back to ask if everything was OK with our food and we were not offered more drinks, we had to keep asking. This is not the sort of service we normally experience in Spain.

We put the first nights of sun on the beach and as we always come here, food and very good treatment

I have a lot of place good place and good food, very cold beer and good tapas, an atmosphere!
