The service at this restaurant was terrible! I requested a fork because I was with my toddler, and the woman insulted me. She said, "I've never heard of anyone needing a fork for tacos," even though I had actually ordered pupusas. She refused to give us a fork.

I really enjoy their Pupusas, but the customer service is terrible. Every time I go there to buy Pupusas, they never welcome you or smile. At first, I thought it was just me, but then I noticed they treat other customers the same way. Food: 5/5.
