Mi Casita - Denison

My wife and I went over the weekend because of TripAdvisor reviews and we were disappointed. The food was OK but nothing special the salsa tasted like it was ketchup-based very little spice and the rest of meals are OK but nothing special

This is My favorite place to eat when I visit the area! I took my family out to eat this weekend. I get the same dish arrow con pollo with chips and queso every time! It’s always delicious and we usually get served right away!

4 of us to eat. 3 separate tickets. One soft shell beef taco with everything but onion. 2 orders of the special of quesadilla Verde. One lunch special of Chile relleno. Food is delivered. Plain taco with no toppings. Sent it back for toppings. Came back with no tomatoes. Tomato slices on the quesadillas were actually the top slice of tomato with the core and the bottom slice of the tomato. Both too hard to slice. Mentioned this to the mgr and she said sorry, but did nothing. Not one drink refill as we got ignored. Checks came and contrary to our request, 4 separate tickets. We won't be back as it's clear that no one here actually cares about the customer. I can get better service at any fast food in Denison and have.

Mi Casita is a fantastic restaurant! The drinks are great, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. We recently brought our grandmother from Louisiana to dine here and she tried the "hot tamale." Initially, she was unsure about the appearance of the dish, but after taking a bite, she proclaimed it to be the best tamale she had tasted in years. Despite occasional language barriers, the service is exceptional and even if there is a mistake in the order, the staff are grateful and attentive. I absolutely adore this place!
