Djukung - Denpasar

Nice service, perfect food. You have to try the Rind-Teriyaki! Very romantic place.

The food is good, service is quick. The portion is a little small and there are works to be done in the presentation.

We went to Djukung Restaurant a couple of times this week, due to its proximity to the Lembongan fast boats. Free wifi and toilets are very hard to come by on Sanur beach, so these were certainly welcome! Food was reasonably priced, but nothing special. Our group of 6 tried a mix of items from sandwiches to noodles and curry I had the curry myself and found it to be very watery and lacking in flavour. Service is pretty quick and pleasant. Worth a visit if you're in a fix for wifi or the loo while waiting for your boat to Lembongan!

Good food, perfect portions. Not sure why this place has such a mediocre assessment. Service was fast and they were very nice. The place is kept clean and clean. The food content, perhaps small for some, was perfect for me. I hate to waste half a plate of food when I traveled, and there was only enough of my part to fill me and leave the bit so that I did not clean my plate (not sure if this custom counts so much here). They had a good presentation with my plates, even with freshly cut veggies on beautiful white plates to give color to the steamed rice spoon. The Sambal was spicy while he was not too spicy for my western taste. I think this place is great, so not sure why it was quite empty on Thursday night, especially as they had a screen for FIFA coverage.
