I'm glad we wanted to eat here. the impression that was left was great! our server, I can't remember their names, was one of the best I ever had! all this comes from someone who has been in the service industry for 17 years. kudos to the entire staff! Many thanks for having made our family dinner special even though it was 200 outside.
We went to lunch on Saturday and even though it was crooked, the receptionist was waitress who sat us very kind. she was also our waitress and cared for us. always attentive and looking for our best experience. the food was great, my wife had the grilled chicken with a sweet glaze and I had the sweet plate. we will have been there twice since we will move into the opposite and will definitely return.
I took a ship out of the training. he was impressed that baked apples are a veg and peach cooker was on the desert menu. the place was busy and I think someone called sick. waitstaff was apologetic and we got free rolling, delicious. eating was good and plentiful. I was impressed that squash was an offered site. I will go back and give them another try.
Food was great, but communication could have been better. Ordered family meal for curbside pick up. Arrived at confirmed pick up time and called to say I had arrived. Was told order would be right out. Fifteen minutes later I called to say I was still waiting. Was told at that time they had to brew the sweet tea that you are required to order with a family meal. I told them I could have done without the tea. Fifteen minutes later my order showed up with 2 employees carrying 4 extra large cups of tea. They informed me they had No gallon jugs or cup carriers. I told them to give me the food and they could keep the tea. Just wish they had explained the whole tea situation when I arrived. Don’t know why 1 gallon of tea is required to order with family meals. Did I say the food was good!
It's been a while since I've had a meal at Cotton Patch. I use to go to the Flower Mound location, so I figured, why not give this location a shot. It was a mistake. Short on staff but maybe 5 tables to cover. They had 5 servers, that should be 1 server per table. But nope short staffed. They served rolls and after my wife and I grabbed a roll each, the was a long hair on the basket that was under the rolls. Ok easy enough to ask for a replacement. Asked for refills, again only 5 tables and 1 of them walked out due to not having 1 of the 5 servers stop and talk to them. Couldn't get a refill for a while but when it finally came, there was a bug in the tea.
