Little Caesars Pizza - Denton

Great Little Caesars! The staff are very chill and do their job well. Just be sure to check their hours in advance, it cost me my pizza dinner once ?

It is evident that the owner only responds to positive reviews, showing a lack of concern for feedback or customer satisfaction. The service at this restaurant is terrible, with employees who are rude and appear unhappy. Working in such an environment would be disheartening.

I went inside to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, but two people came in behind me with similar orders and were served before me. I had to ask the person at the counter if my order was ready, and it turns out it was sitting on the side (not in the warmer) and already cold. It seems like they had made my order but didn't inform me, which was disappointing.

If you're looking for a place with hot and ready food, this might not be the best choice. The pizza often seems hastily put together. Check out the photo for reference.

Workers are always friendly and always seem to be hustling. Quality of products has declined across locations for years. Won't lie- we eat here when we're broke or have a lot of mouths to feed. We do appreciate that's economical. And we always appreciate the friendly faces.
