Papa Johns Pizza - Denton

This restaurant in Denton is a typical dining spot. It was crowded with the usual customers. When I arrived, my online order was mistakenly marked as complete before I even entered the store. The employees found this amusing. Despite seeing multiple staff members leave with freshly made pizzas and chicken, I had to wait for 15 minutes for my own pizza.

The customer service at this restaurant in Denton, Texas was the best I've ever experienced. Even though I'm not a fan of Papa John's, I tried their Epic Stuff Crust pizza and it was a 10/10. I ordered during Monday Night Football and my meal was ready in just 8 minutes. I think I'm officially switching from Domino's after this experience.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on September 8, 2023 with extra cheese and peppers. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold and was not up to standard. Despite requesting extra cheese, only half of the pizza had cheese on it. When I contacted the store to address the issue, the manager said they would provide a credit for a replacement pizza. However, when I tried to use the credit two days later, I was told that I didn't have one. This experience has left me extremely disappointed in both the poor quality of the food and the lack of customer support from this establishment.

Employees really nice and pickup was quick and easy. Just wish the food was a little better. Everything in my order but one item was burt. The garlic knots were so overdone they were hard and there was no garlic to make them garlic knots. The one good thing was the chicken parmesan papa bites, amazing.

They sent me a pizza that was 30% a bubble. Manager I spoke with claimed to give us a credit. Called back to place a new order and they magically have no credit history or documentation. Its just pizza, be better.
