Quebracho Hamburgo - Denton

The restaurant was conveniently located for us and we were excited by the menu offerings. However, upon arrival, we found that they were unable to check our reservation and did not have a table ready for us. It took 15 minutes before anyone greeted our table, so we had already decided on our dinner by the time a server approached us. Our meals took another 25-30 minutes to arrive. We ordered a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese, but unfortunately, none of the dishes impressed us. The beer was good and the atmosphere seemed lively with live music, but the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation.

Even though I was able to make a reservation through their website, the restaurant did not honor it. The waitress appeared to be confused by the reservation. The atmosphere was bustling and exceptionally loud, making it difficult to communicate even by shouting in someone's ear.

I think they were short-staffed. Waitress was frazzled...food was okay.

My party was unable to be seated because 7 Hills does not accept reservations on Sunday. I was highly disappointed by this because my party had gotten together to celebrate an anniversary and after waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. They informed me they had notified Open Table, that they do not accept Sunday reservations several times. I use OpenTable for all my reservations and have never had an issue like this.

Atmosphere was good, staff friendly. Pub food was ok during happy hour. At dinner... Seafood dishes was terrible! We ordered Pan seared scallops, shrimp & grits I've had much better, seafood pasta dish awful. I just think the entrees need work. But the DJ was good for late night entertainment!
