Contribuisci feedbackI have dropped my card in the window of the drive thru, i was already having a rough day.. the sweetest lady Denise at the window gave me my drink for free and $4 off my next purchase. people like her is what we need more of in this world. her heart is so big and made my day so much better. every time i go there, it is a pleasure never had a bad experience there. everyone is so kind and so sweet : 10/10 the best starbucks around without a doubt !!! she deserves a raise !!
Ordered on the App 15 min prior to arrival, had to wait additional 20 min. Keep driving unless you have 30 min to kill for simple Starbucks order.
They have gone downhill fast over the past month, the past 3 times we’ve gone the line barely moves, it takes over a half and hour to get your coffee and the staff is rude when you mention how long it took.
I went to this location with a complicated order expecting that they would be ready to comply with my request. Unfortunately that’s now how this transaction went. I pulled up to the drive through and order my drink, during the conversation I repeated my order three times with specific instructions on how to make my drink. When it came time to pull up to the window I waited about 5 min before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. She handed me my drink and I could already tell it wasn’t made right. When I corrected her she told me and I quote, “ I’ve been making this type of drink for years. I know how it’s supposed to be made.” At this point, I was furious, but I didn’t get angry. I simply complied and told her how it was specifically supposed to be made again, and she proceeded to tell me to pull forward which I did. I again waited about another five minutes until which point a young man brought out my drink, and deeply apologized on her behalf. So to the young man who brought out my drink to me. I greatly appreciate you and hope that you can find a better job than working with that ugly woman.
In the last month, the service has really gone down hill. I order here a couple times a week. On my most recent visits, I felt that they were short staffed which I can sympathize with. However, I felt like who I thought was the manager was just yelling out what wasn’t getting done but not helping. The drive through line has been 20 minutes just to order. I waiting inside for my order 20 minutes and ordered 15 minutes in advance. I hope this store can recover.
