Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant do an amazing job. They definitely deserve more pay for the work they do at Taco Bell. The food and service are great, and even put a smile on my face.
I have been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for over 50 years, with mostly positive experiences until recent changes in their ordering system. For example, the menu on the wall shows choices numbered 1 to 9, but when I try to order number 1, it is nowhere to be found. This has made the ordering process frustrating as I have to navigate through different possibilities to find the equivalent number one. I believe Taco Bell should add an express order section at the beginning where customers can simply choose a number from 1 to 9, and then customize their order if needed. As a tech-savvy individual, I can figure it out, but ordering my beloved number 1 should not be so complicated. Additionally, details such as requesting five hot sauces and not receiving them consistently add to the frustration. I have witnessed many customers of all ages becoming frustrated while trying to place their orders. I wonder how many loyal customers Taco Bell has lost or will lose due to these issues. Remember, Keep It Simple, Taco Bell.
I ordered a spicy double steak grilled cheese burrito, but there was no steak, only bits of rice. It was mainly filled with flour tortilla and sauces, and there were no jalapenos like in the picture at the drive-thru. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of filling and flavor. I was even more disappointed that I had to eat it. The picture showed two small squares of steak, which was misleading. I usually love this restaurant, but the owners need to reassess the quality and customer service at their establishment. It's time for them to focus on quality control, trust, and customer training.
That's less meat than I feed my 6 lb dog. this place was earlier okay, but progressiw worsened. for sour cream and tomato extra paid, but not. (at several locations for the one in the picture, I was told that the physical input does not add-on, although the app reception does, there is nothing they can do. I also had a problem with dingen that was missing from my order at a previous visit. I was told that my acknowledgement is honoured and they would regain the order for me. but the manager was supposedly ill and could not be contacted so that this was never honored. I'm always super nice to this place because I get that it's quick to eat and deal with it. but if I keep slipping the dinge, it adds me to lose a lot of my gelding. Trust me, we've got so much dia because I really like taco bell. if I pay extra for things, it feels like I've been cheated if I don't get what I paid for. yes, it's cheap fast eating, but that doesn't mean that customers have taken their money out of no reason.
I’m usually understanding of the whole understaffing issue, and what not but this is quite out of hand. We got here at 10:20pm with 6 cars in front of us, it is now 11:40 and I am still currently waiting in line with another car in front of me. If this location has this bad of an issue with understaffing , then they should just close down for the day.
