Whataburger - Denton

Attention to detail should matter. Always a quality burger but when the young lady at the register gets the order right, the grill ticket is right and the wrong stuff is still in the bag it is frustrating. Then you wait for fresh onion rings while theburger gets cold. Not a first time error and at 7pm and no rush it should be accurate. Love the team there in Denton but get itright so we do not go elsewhere with so much right there. Your past history of good food should not be compromised by inaccurateorder filling

25 minutes in the drive thru. The manager said they only had 3 people working. Fries were soggy and old. There was 2 cars in front of me and still 25 minutes for a patty melt, lg sprite, 1 lg and 1 medium fry, a shake, and 2 brownies. I cook and can saythat the 25 minutes I had to wait was because the manager was super busy making drinks and taking money from all the people infront of me. I'll go ahead and swoop down to Ft Worth Dr or even a 1/4 mile down the road in the future! Worst Whataburger Ihave ever visited by far and after over a year from the last visit where I did not get quite a bit of my meal, I would havethought maybe they would have got it together but wow was I wrong! Staff your store and do more than just enough and y'all mightturn in to a good store with an excellent location.

Big burger and atmosphere for family and friends. do you have pommes there? so good, much when you came to whataburger. it is open until a reasonable time. that makes eating late even better.

I went through the car today and got my family dinner. They had told me that my sum was $30,10 and I gave them $35. the type in the window had asked if I had 10% instead of giving him the $5 bill with three $10 bills. I gave it to him and waited for about 3 minutes and got my food. when he gave me my drink, it was superfluous and he poured the excess out of the window. he held my $5 bill and I didn't get any serviettes or my reception. will not come back.

Store 996 Denton, TX University DrWent there 9:45pm 5/6/22 Very Clean well run food hot and fresh. We go to plenty of Whataburgers and this was one of the cleaner and well run stores. Both Managers were very friendly. Great Experience
