I made a call and spoke to the lady manager and she made the order perfect, upped the drinks sizes and redelivered the order that the second time around. it is not how to work, but how to bounce back from a problem that defines its restaurant and fix it properly.
I come here often for lunch while at work, and everything is always so good, wings are cooked well and wet. And the fries are great too! ?
Ordered a special in the app for 20 boneless wings and fries. Split it to 4 flavors per the special.Picked up the order and they crammed all 20 boneless wings into one small to go box with their paper poorly separating them. They all ended up falling together trying to unwrap what was essentially a puzzlebox.I mean they tasted good, but my barbecue wings fell into the hawiian and the spicy stuff fell into the sweet stuff and hawiian sauce got all over my lemon pepper. But other wingstops have split this special into two boxes. Don't know what possessed them to cram 20 wings of varying flavors into one box.
On 4/23/2022 I placed order #9347870874501128 on the Wingstop app. I ordered my fries to be well done and the last 3 times I've ordered that way it has not been that way. I also ordered a brownie and I paid for one but I did not receive it. I ordered it to be delivered so I paid a lot to get something I did not get.
Don't waste your time or money at this location. You can explain order details that a 5 year old could understand and still they can't get an order right. The Manager has poor customer service skills, which shows in her staff. If you want good service go to the other location. You will receive nothing but lies.
