Fantastic pub in a stunning village. Great price and fabulous beer. A must visit
Super friendly village pub. Beautiful setting to match the quality drinks and 5* service. Quiet and tranquil ideal on a sunny evening/sunday afternoon
Excellent customer service. Stopped off during our 8.5 mile walk around the area, for a well earned break and we were made to feel so welcome. A member of our group asked if they did tea! Although not usually served the landlady was more then happy to accommodate her. We normally find that some pubs do not like walker's in their premises but that cannot be said here. I noticed dogs were welcomed too and we have already planning another walk in the area that will take us here again very soon.
Really friendly local village pub, well maintained by local and some of the surrounding villages. excellent Cask-Ales with a weekly guest-Ale. Although this is not a food pub, it sells heated rolls, corn bags and pizza rolls along with the usual scratches, fruits etc. There are regular events like live singers, karaoke, bingo and a weekly meat refine on a Sunday at 4.00 o'clock followed by 'play your card right'.
