I wasn't impressed with Lowkey at all. The girl who took my order kept hanging up on me and refused to answer my questions, which was frustrating. The staff were quite rude as well. The staff here really puts in a lot of effort. This place could easily earn a 5-star rating if the management would invest in some updates for the team. As for my experience, I ordered takeout for lunch. The food was average, earning a 3, and the service was also a 3. However, the atmosphere was quite lacking, coming in at a 1.

I frequently have issues with my order being incorrect, or I don't receive half of what I ordered. This is unacceptable. The management is also quite rude. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Went ordered some food and while I was ordering my food the lady that was talking was being rude. So got my food and when I got home on one of my orders completely wrong no jalapeños or bacon and not even a top bun. So I called the place to talk to a manager about what just happened and automatically ask me if I had my receipt and when I got my order. I told him they didn’t give it to me when she brought my order and he answered very rudely saying he can’t help me and started cutting me off and was very rude about it and he hung up on me.
