Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Denver

This might be the best Bojangles I’ve ever visited! Everything, from the welcoming atmosphere to the food itself, was wonderful. Absolutely delightful! I visited on September 15, 2022, around noon.

Every time I order tea, I make it clear that I want regular tea and not sweet tea, yet they always end up giving me sweet tea. I ended up pouring out 3.5 gallons of sweet tea. What a waste!

Even tho was busy, the staff was nice and very efficient. This place runs like a well-oiled machine.

I barely come out to the Bojangles in Denver cause I?ve heard around that they aren?t good but tonight I wanted to give them a try. I am a disappointed pregnant lady. Rolled into the drive thru and ordered, seemed nice and welcoming till I get to the window to pay. The guy didn?t ask me how I was or anything he acted like he hated his job. When you work in costumer service you need to at least act like your enjoying your time there and not make it seem like you hate your life. Paid for my food and was about to leave the parking lot but I always check my food and of course make sure my tea is sweet. Food was correct, but me being southern my tea wasn?t sweet!! He gave me unsweet tea so I go back into the lobby and ask to make sure I can get the sweet tea, even the front cashier lady acted like she hated her job. Well I got home and started eating. My fries were already cold (15 minute drive, fries shouldn?t be cold) and they weren?t seasoned and the biscuits were flat. I didn?t have a good experience at all, Im not the type to (Karen) but I just wanted to put my opinion out there on this place.
