Cheba Hut Toasted Subs - Denver

I have absolutely no desire to enter the food business. However, Cheba Hut has me reconsidering that choice. Why? Because every time I visit, I find myself thinking, “this is the best sandwich ever.” I’ve never thought about owning a restaurant, but Cheba Hut is one place where I can genuinely see myself running my own location. This review isn’t really about the business aspect; it’s to express my love for their food and the welcoming atmosphere of every location I’ve been to. The food is so incredible that it could make anyone want to start a business! It’s that good. Also, Cheba Hut, if you're reading this, I would love for you to create a sandwich in my honor: take the Kali Mist, swap the pepper jack for cheddar, and add regular cream cheese. Please call it "Kyle’s Kali Mist." Thank you!

The sandwiches were decent, and the atmosphere of the place was quite unique with numerous references to cannabis. However, it took quite a while for our orders to be ready despite the lack of customers, and they forgot to add pineapple to my sandwich, though it was still okay. Additionally, the prices were a bit higher than other sandwich shops in the area, so I'm not sure if the cost matched the value in this instance.

My niece mentioned that she visited this restaurant once and really enjoyed it, so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't disappointed at all! What I ordered was really delicious.

The nachos with chicken (without buffalo sauce) are absolutely amazing; they are simply perfect! As for the Steinbrauerei beer, it has very little flavor, similar to Modelllo. The bartender is fantastic—don't let him go! He's one of the best conversationalists I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with. His personality is genuine, and you can't put a price on that. Whatever he’s currently earning, he deserves a raise. Thank you! Cheba is a great place.

Excellent service! The staff was incredibly friendly. The bar offers daily specials at fantastic prices. I really appreciate the art, the unique menu, and all the sandwich options available. If you're looking for a sub and a beer to take out, this is the best place to go!
