Chillfire Grill - Denver

We moved to the area three weeks ago and have already visited Chillfire twice, loving it both times. The service is truly exceptional! The manager checked in on us during each visit to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The servers were also fantastic. We tried the filet, prime rib, braided ribs, and calamari and shrimp appetizers, and everything was delicious! The prime rib, in particular, is something that will definitely bring me back to Chillfire. It was so flavorful and melted in my mouth. I even used the leftovers to make a delicious breakfast with eggs. I absolutely love this place!

This was one of the best meals we've ever had. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and well-informed about the menu. The owner even stopped by our table to check on our service, and he was both personable and welcoming. We started with the amazing Chillfire cocktails. For appetizers, we enjoyed the crab and scallops, which were some of the best seafood I've ever had in North Carolina. For our main courses, we ordered the pecan chicken with truffle fries and the steak medallions with floral charcoal—definitely the best steak in this region, cooked to perfection and so tender you could almost cut it with a fork. I even indulged in dessert, which I usually skip; I highly recommend the bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience and the perfect spot for a date!

This is a lovely restaurant with excellent service. I ordered the ribs, and while they didn't have a lot of meat on them, they were quite tasty. Everything else we tried was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

I love the food here. Every meal is a good meal. A little on the expensive side for some of their entrees, but the portions are good and the food is delicious, so it compensates. I recommend the Martini of the moment, but be careful, they are so good you can find yourself, enjoy them a little too much. The prefect beverage companion for the perfectly prepared food in a perfect atmosphere. The staff is just as great as the food and drinks.

Wow! What a great experience! Food, service, music, half price wine on Monday... perfect for a birthday and anniversary. They even have us cards and a candle in my dessert. We're definitely returning.
