The owners are Russian they are wonderful people. No they don't smile all the time they work really hard and get tired. Especially around the Holidays when they want to make customers and everyone happy!! I know they don't like phoney people and want genuine food and service for their important customers. These owners work really hard and are genuine and kind they are real and it feels like your in Europe when you meet them!!!! They always smile at me and give me extra chocolate or goodies with my order. Especially, around Christmas and Holidays! My Mom and I have a tradition of going there every year. We Love the delicious Russian German foods,Meats,Salami, potato salads, and cheeses,etc..etc... Like I said they are very generous, kind, caring people when you get to know them! They don't like everyone especially if you are phoney and act up in the store! They take their store serious and work hard to maintain it's reputation! Way to go I feel they do an awesome Job! That's exactly what I like most about them! Once again... the food there is awesome delicious salami's, meats, breads, goats cheese, swiss cheese,etc... etc.. It is a pure delight and I go there every Christmas to pick-up food for our family. I order a lot and it's all worth it. Especially, all the healthy dark breads,ryes, cakes cookies,etc... Yummy!!!
