Contribuisci feedbackI placed a Doordash order at this restaurant, but they ended up cancelling it. When I called to inquire about the cancellation, they claimed they didn't know anything about it. They also told the delivery driver that they never received the order. However, when I contacted Doordash support, they confirmed that the restaurant had indeed accepted the order before cancelling it. Overall, it was a complete waste of time.
We went to pick up an online order that we had paid for before the restaurant closed, but we arrived to find the doors locked. Despite knocking on the window, we were met with dirty looks from two employees. After finally being let in, we were asked a series of confusing questions. When we asked for our online order, one employee claimed she didn't work there and couldn't help. We had to wait for our order to be prepared, and when we got home, we discovered that half of our order was missing from the sad plate we received. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and the worst!
I appreciated that the restaurant used compostable items for the food, but I found the flavors to be too bland for my taste, so we will not be returning.
The GM of this restaurant refused to refund me on an order I canceled within a minute of placement even though HE CONFIRMED no food was wasted on my order. This was awful customer service, not on uber eats part, but specifically on the part of this GM whorefused to answer me or uber eats when we tried to confirm that no food was wasted. FU! I hope the 20$ was worth it
I've called a number of times to check on the store hours. No one picks up the phone. The reason I now have to call is because I've been there during their posted hours and the door is locked and the store closed. And Corporate never responds to messagessent to them. This place is not run very well.
