Menya Noodle - Denver

I stopped here before heading up the mountain and tried the tuna and salmon poke bowls, along with the spicy chicken roots. The noodles were fantastic, and the poke bowl was spot on. However, the herbal aroma definitely had a Korean fusion twist that I didn't anticipate.

This has become my new favorite spot for poker because I love that you can create your own bowl! Vanessa is the one who usually looks after me, and she’s fantastic! She’s very attentive, really pretty, and always friendly. They have the best nachos and pool in Denver! Plus, they’re very generous with the sauce, which I really appreciate.

I visited for lunch with my team, as we all craved ramen or poke, but the latter was too far from our office. It was a relief that the portions weren't huge, allowing us to order and receive our food quickly. I was initially skeptical because I’ve often found it challenging to find authentic ramen outside of Japan, but I was pleasantly surprised by my dish! It was delicious and reminiscent of the ramen I had in Japan. The flavors were spot-on, and the noodles tasted authentic—a quality many local restaurants seem to miss. This place will definitely be a regular stop for me on my visits to Denver!

A friend and I came here before a hockey game and had a great experience. We had been to this location a few years prior and recalled that it was pretty tasty and affordable so we decided to check it out again. We ordered the bulgolgi bun, spicy miso Ramen and kimchi Ramen. Everything came out very quickly and tasted amazing. Definitely love this place and if I lived closer I would eat here more often.
